About me
My love for food started at the young age of 14 in my Grandmother’s restaurant in Salerno, my home town, based in the south of Italy near the Amalfi coast. I have continued to gain new skills and knowledge worldwide in the last 26 years to improve my culinary background which makes me highly experienced and well-rounded chef truly pensioned about food.
Food and travel have always been my passions and I have used my experiences to inspire my menus and culinary creations.
I have been fortunate enough to work for some of London’s leading restaurants and great chefs and have over 18 years of experience in dealing with large scale events and managing premium restaurant kitchens in London as Executive chef.
In 2021 I decided to start my own business and started working for private households and individuals directly.
In my career I have catered for many high-profile individuals and families including UHNWI and HNWI clients from the UK, Middle East and Europe, Football Players, musicians, Celebrities and sport professionals.
I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe and South America, India and Asia providing events functions where I have picked up many different inspirations.
